Metropole is the stunning and unique metal pole system, that is both suitable for straight window and bay window applications.

‘Metropole’ is the exciting curtain pole system developed by Silent Gliss. Available in a stunning contemporary form with simple flat end caps, a collection of beautifully crafted finial, midials and holdbacks are also available.

Metropole is available in either 23mm diameter which is hand drawn or 30mm diameter which may be corded or hand drawn.

The most sticking aspect of the Metropole system is that it is a made to measure product that is suitable for bay windows and is the best bay window pole in the world, forming complex angles to smooth, perfectly curved windows. As the poles consist of a durable metal core, special inbuilt runners ensure that curtains will operate smoothly every time. For very heavy curtains, the poles may be corded at either end for perfect operation.

Here a right angle has been formed. Two poles have been used on special brackets to achieve a layered look. Metropole 23mm has been used on the inside to hang stunning voile curtains while Metropole 30mm has been used on the outside to hang heavier, functioning curtains.
